GLENN FERGUSON AM
Glenn is a Director of Trident Services and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland.
He is a Past President of the Law Council of Australia which represents the legal profession nationally and internationally, Past President of LAWASIA, the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific and a Past President of the Queensland Law Society. He is also a Senior Counsellor with the Queensland Law Society.
He is a Founding Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australia and New Zealand College of Notaries and Fellow of the College of Law.
He is Chair of Lexon Insurance, a Governor of the College of Law, former Chair of WorkCover Queensland, former member of the Federal Attorney-General’s International Legal Services Advisory Council and the Immigration Minister’s Advisory Board in relation to the regulation of migration agents.
The Queensland Premier selected him in 2004 to Chair Smart Exports Queensland. He has been appointed by both Federal and State Governments to various advisory boards and task forces in the legal, migration and business sectors.
Glenn is an experienced director and holds board positions in both the public and private sectors in the insurance, medical research, superannuation, education, sport, charity and information technology areas including chairing a publicly listed company.
In 2010 he was appointed by the Prime Minister to the Expert Panel to consider the recognition of Indigenous Australians in the Constitution.
In the 2015 Australia Day Honours, Glenn was made a Member of the Order of Australia “For significant service to the law and to the legal profession, both nationally and in the Asia-Pacific region, and to the community”.
Glenn is also the Chairman of Uniforms 4 Kids, one of our three selected charities which Trident Services supports.
Perry came to Australia at age 20 leaving behind the political instability of his, now destroyed, homeland Zimbabwe. His early life experience in war-torn Rhodesia instilled an acute security awareness and a strict work ethic which has been instrumental in developing Trident Services into the strong business it is today.
Perry has 20 plus years’ experience in the services industry and prides himself on being a hands-on director responsible for the management of the Trident group of companies.
Perry is driven by client service and is passionate about becoming the leading specialist service provider in Australia for security, cleaning and maintenance (integrated) services.

Megan is a director of Trident Service and brings a wealth of experience as a human rights lawyer and expert in Indigenous affairs.
Megan is a Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales and in addition she directs the Indigenous Law Centre there. She is on the Australian Government’s expert panel on the country’s indigenous people.
Megan was elected by the UN Human Rights Council to UNEMRIP in 2017.
She currently serves as a United Nations expert with the UN Human Rights Council’s Expert Mechanism on the rights of Indigenous peoples based in UN Geneva.
Megan is an Acting Commissioner of the NSW Land and Environment Court. Megan is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Social Sciences. She is a member of the NSW Sentencing Council and an Australian Rugby League Commissioner.
Megan was named in the 2017 Australian Financial Review annual power list and was awarded the overall winner in 2018’s Women of Influence. She was ranked number 7 on the Cultural power list for her work on constitutional reform and delivering the Uluru Statement From the Heart.

In demonstrating his strong connection to community and gratitude for his leadership role, Greg has advocated with the Trident Services Australia Board of Directors a commitment to Indigenous employment, opportunities for returning service women and men and the major sponsorship of Uniforms 4 Kids.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jeremy has over a decade’s experience in finance roles with a strong influence on working with business owners and other key stakeholders to ensure financial transparency and efficiency outcomes.
He is responsible for proving leadership, management and direction to our finance team to ensure the ongoing compliance, good governance and financial viability of Trident Services.
Jeremy works closely with our board members, Director and Executive Management Team to provide ongoing short and long-term financial and business strategies.
With a background in professional services and working for over 9 years for a prominent Queensland-based law firm in both operational and finance-focused roles, Jeremy has a keen understanding of the need for strong financial management and corporate governance and control.
Jeremy is the group Company Secretary.
Vince is a director of Trident Services and has over 30 years’ experience in aviation with exposure on an international level. He has successfully fostered relationships with global airports, by representation on ACI World Committees and work with international forums. He has expertise in airport planning, infrastructure development, operational management and aviation business strategies.
Vince uses his expertise as an advisory consultant in these fields assisting airports and airlines to identify fit-for-purpose solutions.
Recently, this has extended to assisting Western Sydney Airport to deliver the $5.3 billion greenfield facility in Badgerys Creek, New South Wales, a once in a generation infrastructure development opportunity for the region and the country.
